Breyer Glossy Alborozo Model Horse

This is a very very limited edition breyer plastic modle horse, #718, called alborozo. Sculpted by brigette eberl of germany, it was sold exclusively to attendees at the 2008 breyerfest only and then the mold for the sculpture was destroyed!

This alborozo is in the ultra-rare and quite desirable glossy finish. There were 15 of these awarded to a costume cnotest at breyerfest.

This however, is not one of those 15. I -karen gerhardt- am the sculptor of breyer's cleveland bay mold and hvae a working relationship with the company. I recently completed a project for breyer and received this model as part of ym compensation for that work. It is fully documented as factory glossed. I have a isgned certificate of authenticity and yes that does mean there are at least 16 glossy alborozo's.

This model is gorgeous and well-finished and only has two tiny little flaws that i can see. A little mold mark on his neck undre the sticking-out mane on the right side, and a slight smear or rough bit on the back edge of the right hind hoof.

(see photos). Otherwise the seams are smooth and the color is lovely. Soflty dappled. This model is sold as-is and i have carefully inspected it and described it sa best i can. tI comes with everything shown in the photo.

Payment in full is due at the end of the auction. Paypal is the only form of payment i accept and no time payments, sorry! It is sold usa postage paid. International shipping will be quoted to high bidder at end of auction.
